We are looking for a Security Guard with CCTV experience for one of our clients in Doha. Applicants are required to submit their CV as well as answer all of the pre-screening questions to save time and ensure a smooth process when shortlisting.
What are the duties of a security guard job?
Protect company property.
Providing security for company employees
Wear a security guard uniform
Monitor the company’s website and be alert for any suspicious behavior
Preventing any illegal activity or any criminal activity
Take careful notes of any unusual occurrence
Investigating matters during disturbances and problems
Report in detail any suspicious incidents to the competent authorities
Conduct periodic tours inside and outside the building
Monitoring the arrival and departure of vehicles and verifying their owners
Monitoring and controlling building entrances and car gates.
Review surveillance cameras and alarms periodically
Perform first aid or CPR.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
- Computer Literate
- Can speak and write in English
- Locally available with QID and NOC
- Within 25 to 35 years of age
Duties and Responsibilities of the position:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activities or individuals.
- Use surveillance equipment, such as cameras and alarms, to enhance security.
- Control and regulate access to secured areas by checking credentials and authorizing entry.
- Verify the identity of individuals and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted zones.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, taking appropriate actions to maintain safety.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Provide assistance and information to visitors, employees, and guests.
- Offer a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
