1- Customer Service Agent, under the following conditions:
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

2- Head of Maintenance, under the following conditions:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in maintenance management and in a leadership role.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
