Job Description: We are currently seeking a proficient Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance with their inquiries or concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills in Arabic, as well as a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, striving to exceed expectations and foster positive relationships with customers.
  • Update all call information according to standard operating procedures

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
