  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.

  • Processing returns and exchanges efficiently.
  • Keeping track of inventory and restocking shelves as needed.

  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other cash register equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR2,000.00 – QAR2,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Cashier: 2 years (Required)

What are the duties of the cashier?
Receiving customers when entering or leaving the store.
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.
Review and inspect merchandise and ensure pricing accuracy.
Inventory and collect payments whether in cash or credit cards.
Issue receipts, refunds or changes.
Redeem coupons and purchase vouchers.
Monitor and follow up on the available stock of products and place an order for new products before stock runs out.
Resolving customer complaints, guiding them and providing necessary information.
Keep exit areas clean and tidy.
Track budget transactions and report any discrepancies.
Follow up on exchanges and returns of products.
