Good reception of customers and meeting their requests.
Receiving customer orders and registering them on the cashier.
Maintaining the restaurant’s fixed trust.
Ensure that accounts are settled correctly at the end of the day.
Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the place he is responsible for.
Notify the supervisor if there is a customer who cannot be served as scheduled.
Skills in using and dealing with different cash systems, such as the famous Phoenix system used in restaurants, shops, and various points of sale. Computational skills and a good level in mathematics. Good computer skills. Good ethics and tact in dealing with customers.
Receiving customers when entering or leaving the store. Manage transactions with customers using cash registers. Review and inspect merchandise and ensure pricing accuracy.
Answering phone calls from customers with a respectful and polite way and fulfill their needs/ complaints.
Punching all the orders carefully without mistakes to avoid deletion (immediately after receiving the order)
Responsible for all money inside the tray, receiving, and giving, and it should be counted twice (Beginning of the shift and closing)
Checking all the applications (talabat/rafeeq/snoonu/deliveroo/baladi) and ensure that the timing is correct and the items are available.
Dispatching the items correctly and checking the the quality and quantity too.
Checking daily the POS, visa machine, qr code, cellphone (charging and changing roll)
Carries out anyu other duties required by your Supervisor/ Manager.
