General Accountant

The job of an accountant is generally based on collecting, analyzing, verifying, and preparing financial records to be sent to officials. He works with various financial documents, for example, payroll, taxes, and ledger, ensuring their balance, and communicating with external auditors.

The employee must:

Commitment to the provisions of applicable laws, regulations, decisions and systems and working to implement them.
Carrying out the work assigned to him/herself accurately and honestly, and completing it on the appropriate dates in accordance with the established performance rates.
Commitment to official work hours and allocating working hours to perform his job duties.

Duties and Tasks

Billing & General Accounting

· Client confirmation and wiring management

· Negotiate contracts and deal with important files such as invoices and requests.

· Keep a record of client accounts with updated charges to the account

· Make a note of any payments made or missed

· Inform clients of their outstanding debt

· Follow-up regularly after the completion of the sale and lease process to ensure that the bills are paid according to coordination with sales

· Follow-up regularly after the completion of the sale and lease process to ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales service in a distinctive way.

· Communicate with potential customers through call and email to achieve sales goals.

· Issue reminder and final notice statement.

· Preparing account statements for customers

· Updating customer account information

Administration

· Plan and conduct the monthly office purchases

· Plan and conduct the maintenance of the office assets

Reporting

· Mentoring all payment and preparing monthly billing reports

· Assist senior accountant with the preparation of financial reports

· Reporting and transferring problems to the finance manager when necessary.

· Submit reports on sales activity, account status and potential problems.

Payroll Management

· Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

· Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
