Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Zone 25 at the Safir Doha Hotel. The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from the stockroom or warehouse. They will maintain inventory records and prepare purchase requisitions as well as keep track of inventory levels and notify management of deficiencies or shortages.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent recordkeeping and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
