Helping customers overcome the problems they face and providing comprehensive and sufficient answers to all their inquiries Receiving, canceling and returning customer orders Communicating with customers through various means and sites of communication Dealing with customer problems through various communication channels and showing interest in customer satisfaction

Summary

Park Hyatt Doha is a renowned and prestigious hotel recognized for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. We are presently searching for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our dynamic team as a Bell Attendant. In this role you will be in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from their rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives the opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

Qualifications

Preferably with 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, interpersonal skills, and fluency in English languages are a must.
