Job Description: Arabic FEMALE Cashier (Fast Food Restaurant)
Monthly Salary: QAR 3,500 (Full package / All in)

Job Description: As a Restaurant Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at our fast food establishment. Your friendly demeanor, fluency in Arabic, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive and efficient dining experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, answer their inquiries, and provide assistance with menu selections. Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Accurately and efficiently handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, providing change, and processing credit card transactions. Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.
- Take customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests or dietary restrictions. Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate customer orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items. Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any customer concerns or modifications.
- Double-check orders before serving them to customers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly and professionally.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and upselling opportunities to enhance their dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including the display of necessary supplies, menus, and promotional materials. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as taking orders, processing payments, and answering phone inquiries, while ensuring efficient and accurate service.
- Collaborate with fellow cashiers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking customers.
- Previous experience in a similar cashier or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
