Required jobs:
1- The mediator’s official, under the following conditions:
Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 6 years of experience working with HCL Portal, Data Power, WAS and BPM administration.
2- Customer service representative, under the following conditions:
Obtaining a high school diploma or above.
Experience using MS Windows, MS Office and related tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3- Telesales agent in the front office, under the following conditions:
Obtaining a high school diploma or above.
At least two years of experience in telemarketing in insurance products, or at least one year of experience in telemarketing in insurance products.
Fluency in English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Experience using MS Windows, MS Office and related tools.
4- Participant – SOC (L1) SOAR analysis, under the following conditions:
Obtain a degree in a related specialty.
Experience in Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) techniques.
Understand security architecture, tool integration, API development, and automation, and understand incident response processes (detection, investigation, and response).
Experience in dealing with operating system internals for both Linux and Windows operating systems.
5- A representative of the reception office, under the following conditions:
Obtaining a high school diploma or above
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Experience using MS Windows, MS Office and related tools.
