The Qatari Army is one of the most important military institutions in the Arab region, and provides job and training opportunities for many young people of different nationalities. In 2023, the Qatari Ministry of Defense announced the opening of admission and registration to join the Qatari Army for foreigners and women. Therefore, we present to you through the following lines what are the conditions: Applying to the Qatari Army for foreigners and women, as well as the necessary papers and documents to join the army.
The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree or high school degree, and holders of a middle school certificate are also allowed to join the Qatari army.
The applicant must not be more than 30 years old.
The applicant must be proficient in speaking, writing, and reading English, so that he can deal with him easily.
The applicant successfully passes the medical examination, to ensure that there are no health problems.
The applicant must not be restricted to work in any governmental or semi-governmental institutions.
Conditions for applying to the Qatari Army for Women
The applicant must have Qatari nationality.
The applicant must not be more than 22 years old.
The applicant must obtain a high school diploma with a grade of no less than 80%.
The applicant must pass all admission tests set by the Qatari Armed Forces according to a set of foundations and standards.
The applicant successfully passes the medical examination, to ensure her safety and physical fitness.
The applicant must not work in any governmental or semi-governmental jobs in Qatar
Papers and documents necessary to join the Qatari Army for foreigners
A recent, clearly defined personal photo with a white background.
An exact copy of the birth certificate, authenticated and certified by the Qatari Ministry of Interior.
A copy of the academic qualification and high school certificate, and a certified copy of all certificates if requested.
A copy of your passport or personal ID card.
National Service Certificate (if available).
Experience and training certificates (if any).
