We are looking to hire a qualified Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team.
Job description:
- Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
- Having a work experience in the banking industry is a plus
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
