Qatar National Library invites creatives and talents to participate in the Creative Video Competition about the Library to create innovative video clips that highlight the unique architectural features and characteristics of the Library building and its distinguished engineering design.
Contest details:
- Conditions of participation
- The participant must be at least 16 years old.
- The video content should focus on the Qatar National Library
- Subject:
Create and edit a video showcasing the architectural design of the library building from your unique perspective. The video should show the physical aspect of the library such as the building, facilities, and spaces inside and outside the library.
- Video instructions:
- Duration: The duration of the video must not exceed one minute.
- Format: You can shoot video from your phone or from a professional camera.
- Resolution: The video must be in Instagram publishing dimensions (1080 pixels x 1920 pixels)
- Content: Video takes any form of storytelling, whether it is a documentary-style tour, creative narration, cinematic-style video, animation, stop-motion animation, time-lapse video or any other artistic style that highlights a building The library, its architectural character and its various facilities.
- Originality: All video elements, including music, images and animated scenes, must be original or licensed for use. It is preferable to use music without singing.
- Language: If the video includes speech, it must be in Arabic or English.
- Steps to participate:
- Upload the video to your Instagram account using the hashtag: #Creative_Video_Competition_about_the_Library
- Make sure your account is set to “public” so we can view and access it.
- Deadline for submitting the entry:
The deadline for submitting the entry is December 5, 2023. - Arbitration criteria:
- Creativity and originality.
